Privacy Policy
Data processing protocol, cryptographic safeguards, and telemetry management for edge reasoning substrates. We believe privacy is not just a regulatory check, but an engineering constraint.
1. Information We Collect and Process
To operate our research applications and reasoning engines, we process two primary categories of information:
- Algorithmic Telemetry: Computational metadata generated during sequence processing, including pathway count, evaluation latency, edge payload size, and topological configuration. This data is fully anonymized and used exclusively to monitor performance.
- Research Input Queries: High-dimensional vector coordinates, prompts, or domain data submitted to our active systems. These inputs are processed transiently and are not persisted in our records.
2. Technical and Cryptographic Safeguards
We implement a strict zero-trust approach to data transport and processing:
- Edge-Native Processing: Where supported, models execute directly on the client browser or local runtime, keeping query logs and context windows entirely within your secure device boundaries.
- Vector Anonymization: Prior to any remote inference traversal, textual queries are mapped to localized embeddings and stripped of identifying metadata.
- Transient Execution: Our central research databases operate on a zero-persistence policy for user payloads. Once an evaluation pathway converges, the associated variables are systematically purged.
3. Third-Party Data Transmission
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. For specific research simulations requiring external cloud compute, data may be routed to API partners (e.g., OpenRouter). Such payloads are governed by the respective provider's zero-data-retention APIs and are restricted from being used for model training or permanent logging.
4. Compliance and Regional Standards
ASIKM adheres to standard global data protection frameworks. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain full rights to request verification of the data we process or request deletion of any telemetry logs associated with your identifier.
5. Contact and Inquiries
For questions regarding our privacy architecture, data protection protocols, or to exercise your privacy rights, please contact the laboratory at ops@asikm.com.
