ASIKM Platform Usage & Licensing Framework

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or interacting with the ASIKM Research Laboratory website, repositories, reasoning APIs, and instrument subdomains (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must cease all usage of the Services immediately.

Unless otherwise noted, all content, visualizations, interactive 3D/canvas animations, and research texts hosted on asikm.com are the proprietary property of the ASIKM Research Laboratory, all rights reserved.

Research Publications: The articles published on this platform may be cited in academic literature or industry reports, provided that proper citation is given to "ASIKM Research Laboratory" and the specific authors.
Software & Demos: Core JavaScript engines (including custom canvas solvers and visualization algorithms) are for demonstration purposes only unless accompanied by an open-source license (such as MIT or Apache 2.0) in our repository.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services, models, and research papers are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ASIKM Research Laboratory does not warrant that the reasoning models, future trajectory simulations, or strategic indexes (SEI) will be free of errors, accurate under all operational conditions, or compatible with all third-party enterprise architectures.
